With the NFL season finally over, it's time to start looking at the guys hitting next year's draft and, you guessed it, start tagging the guys who may be impacts on the fantasy landscape.
Here are just a few of the guys who I have had my eye on, we will get better looks at these guys at the upcoming combine and reevaluate.
Tier 1, can't let them fall guysAndrew Luck- Best pure passer in the draft, could be a good guy to take early and stow for when he gets the call. Also, if he's there for you to make a deal and possibly trade up to get, take a chance.
Robert Griffin III- Could be Cam Newton all over again if he falls into the right place.
Tier 1, can't let them fall guysTrent Richardson- He's looking better than Mark Ingrum did at this point last year. That being said, he may be the No. 2 RB right now on my big board.
LaMichael James- Fast, but undersized. He could be a nice steal in the later rounds
Tier 2, take a chanceCyrus Gray- Good runner, tough kid. Worth a flyer
Tier 1, can't let them fall guysJustin Blackmon- Best pure WR right now in the draft, and could be the kind of guy who will make or break your team in the next few years. He erupts in a Calvin Johnson style you struck gold, he falters like a Michael Crabtree and you are wondering what went wrong.
Alshon Jeffery- Just a physical monster, Jeffery would be the guy I would target as the No. 1 guy in this class at WR if Blackmon wasn't in this class. Watch him at South Carolina and you will see what I mean.
Ryan Broyles- Seriously, he falls into the right situation (New England) and you are in a PPR format, I wouldn't be mad if you took him No. 1 overall. Seriously, Broyles would replace Branch in that offense and would be a favorite target for Tom Brady until he retires. And think if they get him later, say second or third round and spend a first along the lines of an Alshon Jeffery, wow.
Tier 2Kendall Wright
Right now, Top 12 picks1. Richardson
